Elle Lourey

Elle graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2019. Since then, she has worked in the Neurological Physiotherapy space. Elle has treated a broad range of neurological conditions over the years. Her key areas of interest are stroke and traumatic brain injury.

She is passionate about helping clients improve their function and getting them back to doing activities they enjoy (cycling, walking on sand, playing backyard soccer). She has recently completed further training in Bowel & Bladder Management of Neurological patients, common and undertreated symptoms in this population.

Steven Cadell

Steve is an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for neurological rehabilitation, community health, and supporting people to live well with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and stroke. Over more than a decade in Queensland Health, he has worked across hospitals, rural health services, and community care, always with a focus on improving quality of life and independence.

He has also contributed to statewide projects in persistent pain, rehabilitation, and digital health, reflecting his commitment to making services more accessible for all. Steve is passionate about helping people set meaningful goals, regain confidence in movement, and stay engaged in the activities they love.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys marathon swimming and music, which bring balance and creativity to his life and practice.

Julian Sezenias

Since graduating, Julian has been practicing in the community rehabilitation space and has gained experience working with the neurological population. He has worked with a broad range of conditions, with a special interest in the treatment of traumatic brain injury including concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, and spinal cord injury.

He enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, and is focused on the achievement of goals. He works with clients to develop a plan to help get them back to what they love most. Julian is also currently undertaking further study to complete a Master of Rehabilitation (Neurological Physiotherapy). In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors and activities such as hiking, camping and 4WD.
